- Produce, program, and distribute innovative content with a wide range of cultural and civic value.
- Provide citizens with many tools and opportunities to engage and participate in both their online and real community.
- Create a learning portal to educate and empower consumers, content providers, and producers.
- Establish a citizen driven Hyperlocal Media Network to deliver music and arts into people's homes and workplaces.
- Provide media-centric technology, tools, and solutions.

- Drupal - Lesson plans, recipes, how tos, and other resources
- Open projects and collaborative workshops - a potential lesson plan/working project for the Drupal Dojo; very much a work in progress...
- Install profiles and distributions - tracking discussions and current Drupal products
